MENTORING

For junior managers and employees of international companies, women in leadership, expats and entrepreneurs willing to improve their sensitivity to a different cultural environment.

The role of the cultural mentor implies a deeper immersion in the specific circumstances of the client and their interactions with representatives of other cultures.

The emphasis within this kind of service lies on the subtleties of business communication, the deciphering of cultural codes, identifying existing and potential conflicts, their causes and ways of resolving them, as well as a systematic approach to analysing the situation.

Long-term individual mentorship.

Monthly meetings and 2 to 3 hour coaching sessions over 6 to 12 months.

I am not a theorist or an outside observer of cross-cultural communication. I am a practitioner who, for the past 23 years, has been dealing with misunderstanding, confusion, denial, prejudice and intercultural conflicts day in and day out.

Elena is a role model for me in many respects: First of all, as a young foreigner many years ago, she successfully built up her own consulting company in Germany. And despite her great professional commitment, she also manages to successfully balance work and family life, being a good example for young women in leadership.
